Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

- 1) To create access to the resort, we will need photo ID or passport from all guests.
- 2) Two-story apartment located on the third floor.
- 3) Electricity usage is not included; it costs US$0.42 per kW. Electricity usage can be paid by cash, local bank transfer, or Airbnb (please note that a US$7.00 bank transaction fee must be added to the initial amount when paying via Airbnb).

- 9) Before your arrival, we recommend stopping by a supermarket; you will find a bottle of drinking water, coffee, and sugar at the property. Each guest is responsible for restocking their own items.
- 10) VISITORS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Due to resort rules, visits to vacation rental properties are not permitted.
