Located just 4 rows from the beach, this home is adjacent to the beach path and is located at the end of a street. The beautiful pool area is located around back, providing privacy for guests while they enjoy the sun and fun of Hilton Head. When entering the front door, guests will first notice the spacious living area with a 55" wall mounted flat panel television, plenty of comfortable seating and a separate dining table with 10 chairs. Just off this living area is the kitchen with double ovens, counter top stove and plenty of counter space for cooking. There is also a small breakfast area with a table and 4 chairs. A separate laundry area provides easy access to the pool and beach walk. Also on the main floor is a small den with a 42" television and comfortable seating, a large master suite with King bed, 32" flat panel TV and private bathroom with a shower only. Upstairs there are three bedrooms all with flat panel TVs. The first bedroom has a queen and twin bed with a shared hall bathroom. The second bedroom also has a queen and twin bed with a private bathroom. The fourth bedroom has a king bed with a private bath and shower. The pool area is located along the side of the home and has easy access to the beach path. There are a number of chairs and a propane gas grill located by the pool. This home gives your family plenty of room for your next Hilton Head Island vacation.
