There is spacious comfort throughout 28 Canvasback, a 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath Sea Pines home. Located just 4 rows from the beach, this home is adjacent to the beach path and is located at the end of a street. The beautiful pool area is located around back, providing privacy for guests while they enjoy the sun and fun of Hilton Head.
When entering the front door, guests will first notice the spacious living area with a 55" wall mounted flat panel television, plenty of comfortable seating and a separate dining table with 10 chairs. Just off this living area is the kitchen with double ovens, counter top stove and plenty of counter space for cooking. There is also a small breakfast area with a table and 4 chairs. A separate laundry area provides easy access to the pool and beach walk.
Also on the main floor is a small den with a 42" television and comfortable seating, a large master suite with King bed, 32" flat panel TV and private bathroom with a shower only. Upstairs there are three bedrooms all with flat panel TVs. The first bedroom has a queen and twin bed with a shared hall bathroom. The second bedroom also has a queen and twin bed with a private bathroom. The fourth bedroom has a king bed with a private bath and shower.
The pool area is located along the side of the home and has easy access to the beach path. There are a number of chairs and a propane gas grill located by the pool. This home gives your family plenty of room for your next Hilton Head Island vacation. We also offer other homes in this area making it a great location for a large family gathering, contact us for accommodations.

Golf enthusiasts will find Hilton Head Island to be a haven with over 24 championship golf courses designed by renowned architects such as Robert Trent Jones Sr., Pete Dye, and Jack Nicklaus. The island's mild climate allows for golfing throughout the year.
The island's dedication to environmental preservation is evident in its nature reserves. The Sea Pines Forest Preserve offers walking trails through wetlands and forests where wildlife like alligators and various bird species can be spotted. Pinckney Island National Wildlife Refuge is another excellent location for hiking and wildlife viewing.
While the island's European settlement history spans only about 250 years, it has a rich cultural heritage that can be discovered at the Coastal Discovery Museum or on a Gullah Heritage Trail Tour where visitors can learn about the West African influenced Gullah culture of the island's early settlers.
Apart from being a vacation spot, Hilton Head Island also has a resident population with local businesses, schools, churches among other establishments. For shopping and dining experiences though, Harbour Town in Sea Pines Resort or Shelter Cove Towne Centre are recommended spots featuring an array of shops, restaurants and entertainment options.
