This home is a completely renovated Early 20th Century home with a Modern feel. Built in 1911, it is the perfect location to see all of Augusta! Kitchen is fully stocked, Smart TV’s in all rooms, Spacious Living and Dining Area. Fully fenced HUGE backyard with gazebo, fire pit and plenty of seating. There is one bedroom on the main level as well as 3 additional bedrooms upstairs. Plenty of space for your entire crew!
You will have to purchase your own charcoal for grill and fire wood for fire pit.
A starter of complementary toilet rolls, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, and trash bags are provided for your initial convenience. Renters are then responsible for purchasing all further supplies required for the duration of their stay.
