This bright apartment opens into a cozy living room with wooden floors, furnished with contemporary taste that respects the classic style of the building. The living area is completed by two comfortable sofas, one of which is a sofa bed, a modern smart TV and an elegant dining area. This room also has a workstation, useful for those who need to take care of their professional activities during their stay in Rome!
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom, equally comfortable, has two single beds that can be joined together on request: a versatile solution for accommodating additional friends or relatives traveling with you.
In total, the apartment can accommodate up to six people, who will also have access to a second modern and functional bathroom with shower.
The kitchen, although not very spacious, is fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay: fridge, freezer, oven, gas cooker and dishwasher to make your stay practical and comfortable. A utility room that doubles as a laundry room completes the available space.
For maximum comfort in every season, the apartment comes complete with independent heating and air conditioning (units are in the living room and both bedrooms).
