Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • To keep our linens and towels in excellent condition for future guests, we appreciate your help in following these guidelines:
  • Makeup and Fake Tan: Please avoid using our towels to remove makeup or fake tan, as these stains can be particularly challenging to remove.
  • Report Stains Promptly: If any accidents happen, please let us know right away and specify the type of stain. This helps us treat it properly. If a spill occurs, we can provide replacement linen to ensure it's treated promptly, preventing any charge for replacement linen. A small fee will cover the cleaning team's time in delivering the replacement.
  • Replacement Policy: If a stain cannot be removed, we may need to charge for replacing the affected linens or towels. We aim to avoid this, as we want to maintain our high-quality standards for all guests.
