Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- 1. If you violate the smoking ban in the accommodation, 200,000 won in damages will be charged and you will be asked to leave immediately. Cancellation and refunds due to this reason are not possible.
- 2. Quiet hours: 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
- Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.
- 3. Limited number of guests per room type. Only a certain number of guests are allowed for each room type. No additional people are allowed.
- 4. Damage or loss of items in the room If items in the room are damaged or lost, liability for compensation arises based on the original purchase price. No compensation will be provided for guest belongings lost in the room.
- 5. Minors accompanied by a guardian Minors cannot use the facility without a guardian.
- 6. Pets are not allowed. Pets are not allowed according to our accommodation policy.
- 7. Please take off your shoes when entering the room to maintain cleanliness in the room.
- 8. Precautions when using the kitchen : Avoid cooking food that produces a lot of smoke, and be sure to ventilate the kitchen after cooking. A fire alarm may sound.
