The four bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for you and your guests to spread out. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and features comfortable beds, ample storage space, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light.

Paradiso is a private club in the Mixson neighborhood near Park Circle, offering exclusive discounted access for Property Manager’ guests, including the pool, gym, wellness classes, co-working, dining, poolside cabana reservations, social events, and live music. Day passes and cabanas have associated fees.
Two weeks before your reservation date, all guests of Property Manager will be provided with a one-pager that includes booking information to reserve access to Paradiso. Reservations need to be made 24 hours in advance with guest information. Please Note*: Paradiso is a private membership based club and access is not guaranteed.
I will be available for whatever you may need as I live very close to the property. I will very likely be in the Charleston area as well, but it not, I can still provide guidance or recommendations for activities you may be interested in.
The Charleston Heights neighborhood is conveniently located close to everything! It is less than 10 minutes to Downtown Charleston, 7 minutes to the heart of Park Circle, and roughly 20 minutes to Sullivans Island where you can access one of Charleston’s best beaches. Very close by in Charleston Heights is Rebel Taqueria, a great dive bar serving up all your taco cravings. Also catch a show at Firefly Distillery or one of the cool events at Riverfront Park, both just 5 minutes away!

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
Firearms Prohibited: Firearms are not allowed on the property. Any firearm found will be considered abandoned and handled accordingly.
Location Disclosure:
Charleston is a vibrant, growing city, and guests may experience typical urban sounds, including traffic, nearby restaurants, bars, or general street noise. Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.
