This elegant newly constructed Charleston house is ideal if you need private, luxury accommodations for wedding, family gathering, or a larger group. This house is right off King Street, easy walking distance to all places on upper King, the hub of Charleston’s top restaurants and nightlife.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and utensils. There’s also plenty of counter and cabinet space for all your cooking needs.
The 3 bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for you and your guests to spread out. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and features comfortable beds, ample storage space, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. All bedrooms are located on the second floor.

The house is located right off upper King St. just steps away from all of the bars and restaurants Charleston has to offer.
You will be able to walk to most places on the peninsula. Uber and Taxis are available as well. 20 minutes drive to Folly Beach, 5 minutes to Mt. Pleasant, 15 minutes to Sullivan’s island, 20 minutes to the airport, and 25 minutes to Isle of Palms!
