Treat yourself to a holiday on Lake Como dedicated to nature and sustainable tourism! Our apartment is ideal for families who want to stay on the eastern shore of the lake. You can walk to the famous beaches from the lake or walk on the panoramic trails of the Lecce mountains, such as the Wanderer’s Trail. Or again, you can simply enjoy a day of relaxation by the large pool of the residence with park in which our apartment is located. We are a few hundred meters from the train station that connects Milan to the entire eastern shore of the lake; you can easily reach famous destinations such as Varenna, Bellano, Bellagio, Dervio, Colico, Mandello or Lecco. If you are arriving by car, you will have a convenient covered garage.
The furniture is in a modern style, with light colors that go well with the blue inserts that recall the color of our lake. The apartment consists of an entrance hall, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with comfortable double sofa bed, terrace overlooking the park and pool, double bedroom, second bedroom with twin beds and bathroom with shower. Blu al lago is equipped with WI-FI, A/C, TV, kitchen equipped with 4-burner stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the equipment to prepare excellent local dishes. The apartment also has a washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board and vacuum cleaner. The pool view terrace is equipped with outdoor furniture and a table for lunches and dinners. The garage is private and close to the apartment.
The finishes are designed to offer a sustainable holiday. Heating and cooling integrated by a modern air conditioning system, new generation fixtures and welcome kit with shampoo and shower gel selected from among the microplastic-free products. Even the coffee pods you’ll find available are recyclable.
Located in a quiet and panoramic area of Lierna, the apartment is 600 meters from the train station and guarantees easy access on foot to the central area of the town. You’ll also be a 15-minute walk from some of the best beaches on Lake Como: Punta di Grumo and Riva Bianca.
Despite being animal lovers, we decided not to accept them in order to accommodate people with allergies of different types, including animal hair. Out of respect for non-smokers, smoking is also not allowed in the house. The apartment has not been designed to guarantee accessibility for the disabled.
The apartment is managed by Property Manager, a benefit company that pursues measurable and concrete sustainability objectives in its statute. The apartment is part of the NativooForGood project that pursues sustainable development objectives for short rentals in the territory of Lake Como and Valsassina.
Remind us that the use of the pool and the heating are seasonal, and there are precise rules for the management of the dustbin and the indoor parking. You can find detailed information in the contract you will sign; if you have any questions, contact the manager before booking.
City Tax: € 2,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights
Tourist tax: In accordance with local regulations, the Municipality may apply a tourist tax.
The tax must be paid prior to check-in, during the online registration process. The amount is calculated automatically by the system after entering the guest details.
Failure to pay the tourist tax, if applicable, may result in the cancellation of the reservation, as it is a mandatory requirement set by the Municipality.
Check-in: To receive the detailed instructions on how to reach the accommodation, it is necessary to complete the fast check-in procedure (guest registration, possible payment of the tourist tax, and contract signing).
The official check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Access to the accommodation outside this time frame is not permitted unless previously agreed in writing and subject to the payment of an early check-in or late check-in supplement.
