The property features two bedrooms upstairs, including one with a king-size bed and another with a double bed. Additionally, there is a spacious downstairs living room with an optional sofa bed that can accommodate two more guests.
Downstairs, you’ll find a bright and welcoming open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, perfect for relaxation and socialising. There’s also a separate living room and a utility area equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher. The property includes two bathrooms, one of which features a bathtub.
The house features its own private entrance, along with both front and back gardens, and a private driveway that accommodates up to three cars. You will have full and exclusive access to the entire home during your stay.
Karen and Alexandre, the property owners, invite guests to enjoy the seasonal fresh plums and pears from the front garden trees, as well as the homegrown rhubarb from the back garden.

The property is conveniently located just an 8-minute drive from Milngavie Train Station, making it an excellent base for commuting or exploring Glasgow and beyond. The station offers regular direct services into Glasgow Queen Street, with journey times of around 25 minutes—perfect for day trips or commuting into the city centre.
There is ample parking available at the train station, making it ideal for those travelling with a car. The parking area is safe, easy to access, and allows guests the flexibility of park-and-ride convenience. From the station, you’ll also find local shops, cafés, and amenities, making it a practical and well-connected transport hub for your stay.
