Villa Magnifica features six elegantly designed bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom that combines modern style with ultimate comfort. The villa offers a dedicated relaxation area, including a luxurious jacuzzi for unwinding in peace. For entertainment, the ground floor boasts a sophisticated pool table and a private cinema room, as well as two of the six bedrooms.
Ascending to the first floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen perfect for culinary enthusiasts, complemented by an imperial dining table that seats up to 12 guests, ideal for hosting memorable gala dinners or intimate family gatherings. The living room opens up to a spacious terrace, creating an idyllic spot for enjoying an evening aperitivo while soaking in the panoramic lake views.
The second and top floor houses the remaining four bedrooms, highlighted by the master suite. This master bedroom offers an unparalleled experience with its sweeping lake views, a generous walk-in closet, and a beautifully designed, charming bathroom.
