The home is also only a leisurely stroll or bike-ride away from all that Palmetto Dunes has to offer: the bike/kayak outfitters, the Dunes House, the General Store, Tennis-Pickle Ball center, and other dining opportunities. Featuring a private pool and a Carolina room, this home is perfect for a relaxing get together.
The dining room seats eight and leads to a well-equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances along with a convenient pass-through. The main suite features a king bed, walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom. Guest bedroom #2 includes a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. Guest bedroom #3, a two-room suite, features a king bed in the first room and ensuite bathroom access. The second room in the suite includes a queen bed.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
