Highlights include a saltwater main pool and spa for families, a tranquil adults-only pool for guests 21+, and a year-round heated indoor pool and spa. Additional features include a modern fitness center, sauna, renovated restrooms, oceanview sun decks, gas grilling stations, and a cozy fire pit. Guests also enjoy private beach access, covered and uncovered parking, and elevator access to all floors. Outdoor pools are heated from March 15–May 1 and October 15–December 1, while the indoor pool and hot tub are heated year-round. **Villamare Painting Project commencing on September 15th, 2025.This includes stucco repair, balcony and ceiling enhancements, roof repairs, and painting. Expect to see scaffolding in front of living room windows and balconies during this period, along with accompanying noise.
