Esher Residence is beautiful, luxurious, super stylish and incredibly spacious. It comes with four bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms and a sensational open-plan living space. The garden is superb, with alfresco lounge and dining spaces. One of the sofas in the living room is a sofabed, so it is possible to sleep an extra two guests.
Esher Residence is the perfect abode for a spot to switch off, relax and make special holiday memories with your loved ones. Away from the buzz and vibrancy of the city, here is calm. The villa is beautifully presented with clean lines, a contemporary feel, the very best of fittings and a seriously cool vibe. Sumptuously stylish fabrics, trendy tiles, contemporary feature wallpapers and a calming colour palette of soft greys with the occasional bold colour splash all work effortlessly together with gorgeous staircases and other nods from the past to create a chic, inviting, luxurious property.
The living space is bright, beautiful and absolutely stunning. Sumptuous black and gold sofas sit on eye-catching tiled floors below super-high ceilings, while two walls are decorated with grey forest scenes. A trendy dining table and chairs sit at one end of the room, along with a giant wall-mounted television. The giant floor-to-ceiling doors and windows ensure that this magical space is drowned in natural light. Alongside this space is the modern open-plan kitchen with its excellent appliances.
Upstairs, you will discover four exceptional bedroom suites, all with pristine, contemporary bathrooms. Each suite has its own individual colour palette with bold splashes of green, blue, red and grey. Again, the rooms are decorated with super cool contemporary flair using feature wallpapers, open wardrobes and modern art. They are heavenly spaces where you will dive deep into slumber.

Location:
Esher Residence sits in a smart, serene and quiet neighbourhood, roughly three miles from the major attractions of Rome’s city centre. It is an oasis of calm that you can reach very quickly at the end of the day. Not too far away is the wonderful Villa Doria Pamphilj Park. It is the biggest and one of the most famous parks in Rome, not only for 184 hectares (94 hectares available to the public) but also because of its marvellous 17th-century architecture, palaces and fountains. Thousands of tourists and locals visit Villa Pamphilj, and you will truly feel like an aristocrat wandering around the villa’s gardens.
Rome’s haunting ruins, giant monuments, joyful piazzas, shops, restaurants and awe-inspiring Renaissance artworks are within very easy reach. You will gorge on art and culture, shop until you drop and return home full of the wonder of Rome. Rome is a superb city where you will never tire of endless mesmerising architecture and landmarks and enjoy resting at charming cafes and trattorias, people-watching and gorging on pizza, pasta and ice cream.
Rome’s architectural gems include the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, the Pantheon, the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps, St Peter’s Basilica and the Sistine Chapel. Its tightly-packed warren of cobbled alleyways are sprinkled with Renaissance palaces, Baroque piazzas, boutiques, cafes, trattorias and trendy bars with market traders and street artists working in its bustling squares. You will find museums, galleries and churches full of the works of Michelangelo, Caravaggio, Bernini and other master artists. The Jewish Ghetto is a wonderfully atmospheric neighbourhood brimming with romantic corners and kosher trattorias. Rome’s best unsung art museum is at Palazzo Massimo alle Terme, and some of the trendiest bars are nestled in the fashionable Monti district. On the banks of the Tiber, the once working-class area Testaccio is a foodie hotspot. Rising above it, the Aventino Hill boasts several wonderful medieval churches and a keyhole view of St Peter’s dome.
The Vatican, the world’s smallest sovereign state, sits over the river from Rome’s historic centre. It offers some of Italy’s most revered artworks, more than one hundred acres of stunning Vatican gardens and the Palazzo Apostolico, the palace that is the Pope’s official residence. St Peter’s Basilica is the largest church in the world and the most important building in Christendom. It is a jewel within the Vatican City from where Popes have spread the word of God throughout the world. You can visit the church treasures in the Vatican Museums, with the famous Sistine Chapel enjoying the frescoes of Michelangelo, one of the major highlights. With over nine hundred churches, four papal basilicas and seven pilgrimage churches, there is no other city in the world so representative of the Catholic faith. The Colosseum is magical at night. This enormous amphitheatre is one of the seven modern wonders of the world. The Pantheon is the best-preserved building from Roman times, now enjoying a special roof opening. During the time of the Roman Empire, the Roman Forum was its seat of power. The Trevi Fountain is probably the most famous fountain in the world.
On the other side of the city to Esher Residence, The Villa Borghese Gardens cover an area of one hundred and ninety-eight acres, having been developed in 1606 by Cardinal Scipione Borghese, who wanted to turn his former vineyard into the most extensive gardens built in Rome. It is a beautiful spot to relax and reflect on the beauty of the city.
Rome’s magical blend of cultural, religious, historic and artistic attractions will send you home with magical memories. History gracefully intertwines with modernity, creating an open-air museum that effortlessly blends ancient wonders with vibrant contemporary café culture.
