The open living room with large Smart TV and comfy couches is the perfect place to take a break from the midday heat or cuddle up for a movie night with popcorn. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and all you need to get your chef on and enjoy it at the dining room table for 6. Better yet, take that meal outside on the large sunlit patio that also has a space for the whole family! This home also features a Keurig coffee machine for those morning coffee lovers!
Both bedrooms and the laundry are located down the hallway from the kitchen. The primary suite has a king bed, Smart TV and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. *Shipyard is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.
* Dog Friendly - 2 dog max. $250 non-refundable fee for first dog, with an additional $150 for each extra dog. Dogs are not permitted on the furniture and must be crated if left alone. Please do not leave furry friends alone outside, as we have wildlife that they should not encounter.
