This beautifully updated 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath villa features more than golf views. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for brewing the morning coffee to enjoy on the deck. The spacious great room is fitted with comfortable seating for enjoying game or movie night, or just curling up on the sofa with a good book. Sliding doors provide easy access to the deck and help to bring in the views! Speaking of the deck, be sure to rustle up some steak and lobster to prepare on the gas grill and enjoy at the outdoor dining table or the indoor dining area.
Also on the main floor, you have a full-size washer and dryer, a half bath and the spacious king primary bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a walk-in shower. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms and a jack-n-jill full bathroom with a shower and tub combo. One of the bedrooms features a queen bed while the other has a full-size bed and bunk bed. All bedrooms have flatscreen televisions.
Palmetto Dunes is a 2000-acre oceanfront resort that reaches from the 3 miles of white sandy beach, through 11 miles of lagoons, 3 golf courses, and 25 tennis courts, to the bikeway under highway 278 that provides access to the Shelter Cove Marina, shops and restaurants. The Queens Grant area of Palmetto Dunes Resort has on-site community pools and is a short bike ride or walk to the beach. * Palmetto Dunes is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.
* Free access to The Dunes Buggy transportation which provides courtesy transportation within Palmetto Dunes, Leamington, and Shelter Cove mid-March through mid-September. This on-demand service dispatches vehicles on a first-come, first-serve basis!
