SEACREST CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Please be advised that the exterior roof project at Seacrest is scheduled to begin in early September 2025 and will continue in phases until completion, currently expected in late April 2026.
What to Expect:
Scaffolding may create an obstructed view during active phases.
Parking limitations due to construction equipment.
Noise during construction work hours.
Balconies may have limited access during certain phases.
Building 1:
Phase 1 (Courtyard Side): Scheduled for early November 2025 – mid-January 2026
Phase 2 (Street/Parking Lot Side): Scheduled for mid-January – April 2026
Building 2:
One phase scheduled to begin early September 2025 with scaffolding in place until early November 2025
Building 3:
No roof work is scheduled. However, parking limitations and noise may still be expected during the project timeline.
Despite these improvements, we are pleased to announce all resort amenities, including pools and the beach bar, will remain open for your enjoyment!

SeaCrest amenities include two oceanfront pools (only heated in March and April), kiddie pool, sundeck with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas and boardwalk to paradise. Be sure to stop along the boardwalk to enjoy Pool Bar Jim’s. Then, work-off all those extra calories at gym with indoor exercise pool & the latest workout equipment. Explore the Island on foot or by bike. Find fabulous fashions at the many neighborhood boutiques. Treat your taste buds to delightful dining at one of the many restaurants.
