Welcome to our 110 sqm three-room apartment located on the first floor of a building with an elevator. The space is designed to combine comfort and style:
Living Room : Spacious and bright, it features two comfortable sofas (one of which can be converted into a double bed), a flat-screen smart TV, a dining table for 6, an armchair, and two windows that open onto the fully equipped terrace with tables and chairs. The kitchen corner includes modern appliances (induction stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, moka pot, and kettle) and a practical breakfast bar with 4 stools. The room is equipped with heating and air conditioning.
1st Double Bedroom : Elegant and cozy, with large windows overlooking the terrace, a smart TV, a walk-in closet, bedside tables, and a stunning mirror painting with a cascading water feature. The en-suite bathroom includes a shower, WC, sink, large mirror, courtesy set, and hairdryer. Heating and air conditioning are also available.
2nd Double Bedroom : Spacious and bright with a window overlooking the balcony, bedside tables, a wardrobe, drawers, a smart TV, and heating/air conditioning.
2nd Bathroom : Complete with WC, bidet, bathtub, sink, large mirror, courtesy set, and hairdryer.
