KONJAKUSO Osaka Tempozan "SHOHAKU" Pine Tree This land, Tempozan, is located at the mouth of the Aji River, and it is a mountain formed by dredging the Aji River on a large scale in 1831 and 1832, and it is said to be the lowest mountain in Japan with a height of 4.53 meters. Tempozan is a scenic spot blessed with a view of the mountains and the sea in all directions, where pine and cherry trees are planted. Kakechaya and Miseido are very crowded as a place where people come to relax. This inn was designed with the concept of the pine of Tempozan, hoping that the time spent with family and friends would be wonderful. As a symbol of the inn, when you enter the front door, you will be greeted by a pine bonsai reminiscent of Tempozan. Since ancient times, there has been a custom in Japan to worship the pine as an auspicious thing. Even in winter, the pine tree with lush leaves is considered a symbol of immortality and longevity, and also this tree has a meaning of congratulation. We wish you to spend an enjoyable time with the history of Tempozan.
