The Space Your private oasis features two spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a plush king-sized bed (180x200 cm) and a beautifully designed ensuite bathroom. The heart of the villa is the enclosed living room – cool and cozy thanks to the AC, and perfect for unwinding with a movie night on the TV. Step outside and you’ll find your own little paradise: a 5x2.5m private pool (1.3m deep) surrounded by tropical greenery – ideal for lazy mornings or refreshing dips after a day of exploring. Welcome to your perfect home away from home! Each of our stylish and comfortable units features a private ensuite bathroom with a refreshing shower, a cozy AC, and a functional work desk—ideal for both relaxation and productivity. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for whipping up your favorite meals, and there’s a secure safety box for your peace of mind. Enjoy the serene beauty of our stunning pool, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. We’ve got the details covered, including: - Electricity included - 3 cleaning sessions per week to keep things fresh - Fresh bed sheets & towels delivered once a week - Fast, reliable Wi-Fi up to 100 Mbps with a private router for uninterrupted browsing - Your stay also includes a starter kit with shampoo and soap to make you feel right at home. Please note, personal laundry services and refills for shampoo/soap are not included, but we’re happy to assist with any special requests. Our villa offers private parking space for one medium-sized car or up to three bikes, ensuring a convenient spot for your vehicle during your stay. If you would like to arrange an airport transfer or any other services, please feel free to contact us a couple of days before your arrival. Kindly note that there will be an additional cost, and we would be more than happy to assist with the arrangements and feel free to reach us through OTA messages if you need any help :) HOUSE RULES - Check-in/out: Check-in is after 3 PM, and check-out is at 12 AM. If you arrive early or need a late departure, feel free to drop off your luggage between 9 AM and 3 PM – our team will be more than happy to assist you! - Occupancy: Our cozy spaces accommodate 6 people for a three-bedroom unit. Extra person will be required an extra bed with an additional charge of IDR 500.000 net per night - Security Deposit: We kindly request a refundable security of IDR 1.000.000 deposit before your stay to cover any potential damages. You’ll get this back on your check-out date. - Pets and Durian: As much as we love pets and durians, our property isn’t suitable for them. IDR 1.000.000 will be charged for any violation. Thank you for understanding! - Quiet Hours: To keep the peace, please keep noise to a minimum after 9 PM. - Prohibited Items: We have a strict no-drug policy. - No Smoking: Our property is smoke-free. A deep cleaning fee of IDR 1 million will be charged for any violations. - No Parties/Events: We kindly ask that you don’t host parties or events. - Electricity: For stays under 28 nights, electricity is included. For longer stays, electricity is not included. Please contact our team for top-up assistance. - Belongings: Please use the safety box for your valuables. We’re not responsible for any missing items, so better safe than sorry! - Children Policy: We welcome children under 12 years old to stay with their parents at no extra charge when sharing a bed. For children 12 years and older, please arrange for an extra bed in advance. - Cultural Respect and Conduct Guests are expected to respect Balinese culture and customs. This includes dressing appropriately in public areas (no nudity) and behaving in a respectful and considerate manner towards others. Any incidents of harassment or criminal behavior will be handled in accordance with Indonesian law.
