Our Alii Kai 3103 Kauai vacation rental is located on the ground floor with a furnished oceanfront lanai. This updated condo provides unobstructed oceanfront views from the living room and both bedrooms, and boasts a newly remodeled kitchen and master bathroom. Comfortably sleeps 6, with two queen beds in the master bedroom and one queen bed in the guest bedroom. There’s a full kitchen, full size washer and dryer right in the condo, and cable television and wifi service are provided at no additional charge. The lovely modern kitchen has quartz counter tops and a large island, with an assortment of small appliances. When the weather turns rainy, you won’t mind spending an afternoon indoors, with these comfy furnishings, large televisions, and private lanai that lets you stay out of the rain while still admiring the waves, birds, rainbows, even whales during the winter months.
