- In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets.
- Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area.
- As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food.
- Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them.
- Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.

- Please note that the last 300 meters to the property involve a steep uphill climb, with the first 40 meters being off-road.
- Cars with lower ground clearance (sedans/hatchbacks) might face difficulties. We provide a Jeep service for guest pick-up and drop-off.

- This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can provide power backup.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the common and external areas for security purposes.
