One of Edisto’s Best! Tons of Sun is a duplex located in Ocean Ridge. This 2BR/2BA unit is surrounded by serene nature. Located in the gated Wyndham community, you can find many activities to explore. The community has access to golf, pools, tennis, and more. This home is just around the corner from tennis and pickle balls courts and the golf clubhouse. Bring or rent bikes to get around Edisto with ease. The complex is less than 10 minute ride to the soft sandy beach.
This duplex unit overlooks a small pond that attracts local wildlife. Enjoy calm evenings on the screened-in porch or seating under the home. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a dishwasher to make meals a breeze. Gather over your favorite movie in the living room or have family game night at the dining table. The spacious primary bedroom has a a king bed, Smart TV, and ensuite full bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen and a twin bunk bed, perfect for a family with small children. There is an additional full bathroom. There is a washer/dryer closet under the home.
Ocean Ridge Amenities can be purchased for a fee, based on availability, through Club Wyndham Ocean Ridge. Amenities include 3 swimming pools, fitness room, mini-golf, playground, tennis courts, and beach cabana (located in the 2000 block of Palmetto Blvd).
