This amazing property has been completely renovated with great care and high-quality materials. It features 3 bedrooms and a beautiful living area with a kitchen and built-in cooking island.
There is a balcony window with a view over Vienna and the lovely green garden. The apartment is on a higher floor without elevator (stairs must be climbed).
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning units with heating function and underfloor heating. The living room does provide also an additional sofa bed if needed. The bathroom is a dream — with a freestanding bathtub, double sinks, and a walk-in rain shower!
