This newly build and top modern apartment and building offers a perfect location to enjoy your vacation in Vienna. Fully equipped kitchen, in a modern newly constructed apartment complex with a swimming pool!
The recreational area "Alte Donau" with a calm lake is just 5 - 10 min walk!
A tram station is only a short distance away, and the subway is 10min away by foot, with 20min total travel time to the very heart of the city center.
The apartment is newly constructed, stylishly decorated, and fully equipped for a comfortable stay :)
The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, and there is a couch in the living room. There is heating for winter, and airconditioning for the hot summer.
I give my guest space but am always available if necessary.
The neighborhood is quiet and relaxed, somewhat removed from the city, which is perfect for families or people who have access to cars.
There is a tram station right by the apartment building, which goes to the subway. Total time to center with tram and subway is about 30 minutes.
