Fiumelatte is known for its one of the shortest watercourses in Italy, about 250 meters long, and for its fascinating feature of flowing only from March to October, and then disappearing in the winter months. This phenomenon has aroused the curiosity of travelers and scholars, including Leonardo da Vinci, who mentioned it in his writings . The Créme apartment, located on the first floor, offers a bright living area with kitchenette and direct access to the panoramic terrace, a double bedroom and a large bathroom. It can accommodate up to 4 people, thanks to the comfortable sofa bed in the living room. For larger groups, it is possible to book it together with the Caramel apartment, for a total capacity of up to 8 guests. Among the amenities available: air conditioning, flat screen TV, safe, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and private bathroom with bidet. Every detail has been carefully taken care of by the property to ensure a comfortable and refined stay. Those arriving by car can find parking in the places available on the lake front, right in front of the house. The apartment comes with sheets and towel sets for all guests, plus a welcome kit that includes oil, salt, pepper, coffee, pods, dishwasher and washing machine capsules, shampoo, shower gel, dish soap and toilet paper. Check-in: To receive the detailed instructions on how to reach the accommodation, it is necessary to complete the fast check-in procedure (guest registration, possible payment of the tourist tax, and contract signing).
