This luxurious raised beach house has 5 spacious bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate a total of 16 people with 1 king in the master bedroom, 1 king in the 2nd bedroom, 1 king & 1 therapeutic day bed in the 3rd bedroom, 2 queens in the 4th bedroom and 1 queen in the 5th bedroom. The house also has 1 queen air mattress and 1 twin air mattress.
The open floor plan showcases Brazilian hardwood flooring throughout. The open living room has a built-in fireplace and a roomy screened porch. The bright and airy, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, is a chef’s dream and features a large work island, stainless steel appliances, double ovens, gas cooktop (new cooktop installed Feb. 2024!), granite countertops, SS ice maker, tons of cabinets & counter space, a wine cooler, spacious pantry and family sized breakfast bar. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
