You’ll find hiking trails nearby, perfect for exploring and enjoying nature at your own pace. Looking to spend the day golfing? Nearby is Coyote Trail Golf Course! Also, your furry friend will enjoy the nearby dog park! Cottonwood boasts a variety of wineries with abundant tasting rooms. Additionally, for a historical day trip, visit the historic mining town of Jerome, just above Cottonwood. Sedona, less than 30 minutes away, offers many activities for all ages, including hiking, shopping, dining, and Jeep tours for an up-close view of the stunning red rocks.
This charming home covers 1,650 square feet and features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it perfect for accommodating up to 8 guests (Please note, the full beds can fit 1 or 2 persons at guest’s discretion.)
Guests are welcomed into an open floor plan through the home’s front door, which seamlessly connects the living room, kitchen, and dining area and features a private entrance.
Living Room: A cozy sectional and a Smart TV, complemented by an assortment of board games for entertainment, await you. Adjacent to the living room, you’ll find a small desk space, perfect for catching up on work without missing out on the vacation atmosphere.
Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen featuring brand-new stainless-steel appliances, including a 4-burner gas stove, and stocked with everything necessary to prepare a complete meal! Enjoy the conditioned water and reverse osmosis that this home offers.
Dining Area: Meal times are a pleasure with a wood table and seating for six.
