The Kitchen has all the amenities of home and comes fully-equipped to meet your family’s cooking needs. The Dining Area has seating for eight and is located between the living and kitchen areas. The Living Room features a large HDTV, plenty of seating and slider access to your private patio with pool views.
The first floor Primary Suite contains a King sized bed, HDTV and its own slider access to a smaller private patio. This bedroom also features a newly updated en-suite bathroom with granite vanity and tiled walk-in shower.
Heading upstairs there are three more bedrooms. To the left is a Guest Bedroom with a King bed, HDTV and slider to a private deck. The en-suite bathroom is totally custom with its granite vanity and uniquely tiled tub and shower combination. Straight ahead is another Guest Bedroom with two Double size beds, HDTV...

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
