In a peaceful and tranquil setting, this 3 bedroom, 4 bath townhouse villa, has fabulous views of the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course.
The living area has hardwood floors and the furnishings are comfy. The dining area is adjacent to the living room with seating for 6 and the same beautiful views including sliders to a side deck while dining.
Beyond is the kitchen with 2 bar stools at the granite covered breakfast bar and new stainless steel appliances, Conveniently, the full washer and dryer closet is off this area.
From the tiled entryway is the Primary king bedroom, with wall mounted lights that frame the bed, along with a flat screen TV with built-in DVD Player that offers all the comforts you need. There are sliders to the back deck that include the great golf views and a private full bath.
Upstairs, the landing includes a desk for a workspace. The first guest bedroom has 2 queen beds, sliders to another small private deck and a flat screen TV. This bedroom has a private full bath. The third bedroom offers a queen bed and a twin bed. Along with a wrought iron daybed and flat screen TV with DVD Player, there are sliders to yet another small private deck and a full private bath.
There is also a gas grill on the private deck for added enjoyment.
