Welcome to this lovely villa at 23 The Cottages! You’ll find 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, all updated and ready for your stay. The primary bedroom, complete with an ensuite bathroom, is situated on the first floor. The second and third bedrooms are located upstairs, with the first bedroom showcasing a queen bed and the second bedroom having two full-size beds. Additionally, there is a twin rollaway bed in the closet, perfect for an extra kiddo if needed!
Our villa is located in the prime Shipyard Community, offering easy access to endless miles of bike trails. The Shipyard Beach Club is just a 10-15 minute bike ride away, while Coligny Plaza shops and restaurants and Lowcountry Celebration Park are also within easy reach. You can do as much or as little as you like while you’re on the island. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
