4 Red Maple sits on a quiet street in the heart of Sea Pines Resort. Upon entry, you are welcomed by the large living space with plenty of seating for evening conversations, a quiet movie night, and some popcorn. Just off the living room is the formal dining area with seating for 8 and the fully equipped kitchen where you can get your chef on! In the morning, grab your coffee and some grub in the breakfast nook with seating for an additional 6, or step out onto the screened-in porch and relax while looking out over the 17th tee of Heron Pointe Golf Course. Off the kitchen is a large laundry room and half bath. Relax and sip sweet tea around the private lagoon-shaped pool with a spa just steps down from the porch as you plan your island adventures. Big or small, there are so many opportunities for your enjoyment that you’ll have to return often.
This home has four bedrooms. The first primary suite has a king bed and a private bathroom with double vanity and tub/shower combo. The second primary bedroom also has a king bed, a small sitting area and desk, French doors that open to the patio, and a private bath with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom has a queen bed, a bay window bringing in lots of light, and a private bath with a walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom has two queen beds and a private bath with shower/tub combo.

PROPERTY SPECIFIC DETAILS:
* Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $17. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.
* Pool and/or spa heating is available for an additional fee and can be arranged after your booking is confirmed. We kindly ask that heating is ordered in advance of the stay. If the outdoor temperature falls below 60 degrees, the pool heater may not function properly and the pool may not reach the desired temperature. Please note that no refunds will be issued if the pool heating equipment cannot maintain the temperature.
* Please note that our guests do not have access to the garage, but there is plenty of parking in the driveway.
