From floor to ceiling there are lovely upgrades that make the entire space both appealing and comfortable. A lovely foyer welcomes you into the open plan featuring powder room, bright living and dining area, and a sunny kitchen with everything you need to make snack and mealtime easy for you.
Past the kitchen is the dining area with seating for 6. Separated by a step, past the dining room, is the living room equipped with a wall-mounted Smart TV, a new wet bar with beverage refrigerator, an oversized couch, a club chair and two recliners. Sliding glass doors open to the newly designed large deck with a landscape view and plenty of space for the kids to run around. A gas grill is available for added convenience.
Both bedrooms and the laundry are located upstairs. The primary suite has a king bed, wall-mounted Smart TV and a recently updated private bath with double sinks and a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom features all new furniture with a queen bed and a bunk bed with a full-size bed on the bottom and a twin bed on the top. These sturdy bunks are designed for kids and adults! This room also has a Smart TV and a renovated bathroom with a tub/shower combination, new flooring, paint and vanity area.
The owners of the condo have provided 4 beach chairs and a beach cart for added convenience, along with a highchair, pack n’ play, games, puzzles and a soft-sided cooler for guests to enjoy. A new washer/dryer combo and two new air conditioning systems were also installed in the fall of 2021.

*Shipyard is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.
* Dog Friendly - 2 dog max. $250 non-refundable fee for first dog, with an additional $150 for each extra dog. Dogs are not permitted on the furniture and must be crated if left alone. Please do not leave furry friends alone outside, as we have wildlife that they should not encounter.
