Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- To proceed with the reservation, consent to the following rules is required, and failure to comply may result in eviction or penalties:
- - The accommodation may feature facilities such as slippery bathtubs, uneven gravel paths, high steps, and thresholds, which could pose risks to infants, the elderly, and pregnant women. We do not assume any responsibility for accidents occurring within the premises, and it is imperative for guardians to exercise extra caution if they choose to stay.- Individuals under 19 years old cannot stay alone without a guardian.
- - Unauthorized commercial filming and events are prohibited.
- - Cooking strong-smelling or smoky foods is not permitted.
- - Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and outdoors.
- - Noise disturbances, including loud conversations, are prohibited.
- - Entry and exit are restricted to reserved guests only.
- - CCTV cameras are installed at the entrance.
- - Due to the nature of hanoks, insect ingress may occur, although efforts are made to minimize this during cleaning. We kindly ask sensitive individuals to make reservations carefully, as refunds due to this reason are not available.
- - Pets, excluding service animals, are not allowed.
- - If guests with disabilities are making a reservation, please inform us, and we will provide assistance.
