VILLA TAMARA - MENAGGIO AREA
Villa Tamara, a beautiful villa perched on the shores of Lake Como, is located 10 km from Menaggio, only 500m walk to the beach, with an excellent Pizzeria and fish restaurant nearby and grocery shops at 800m. The villa is an ideal retreat for families or groups visiting the lake with activities such as hiking, tennis, golf, swimming, sailing, windsurfing, canoeing and water sports nearby. We can find a golf course in Menaggio about 16 km away and a further 5 golf courses can be found near Como and in Lugano.
The villa develops on different levels and is not recommended to guests with walking difficulties.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
