VILLA LA CASCATA - MONTEPULCIANO AREA
Villa La Cascata is a charming 18th century farmhouse which has been restored in a rustic style with plenty of character both inside and outside. From the villa there are wonderful views of the hills and valley. The wonderful swimming pool is on a lower level and is accessed via a pathway. There are sun loungers and umbrellas where you can relax and read a good book.
Little pathways flanked with pretty shrubs and herbs meander from the villa through the wild garden. The villa is pleasantly furnished with some antiques and modern aspects such as bathrooms and kitchens. The access road to the villa is non-asphalted and there is parking for several cars.
The villa consists of a main building and a barn. Please note that the villa can be rented for 18, 16, 14 or 12 guests. When the villa is rented for 14 guests, guests can choose their bedrooms and surplus rooms will be closed.
Main building on the ground floor a rustic tavern with cozy fireplace, a kitchen with a dishwasher, a bathroom separate laundry, a rustic dining room where all guests can sit together and enjoy meals together with a professional kitchen (oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer), free internet service, two double bedrooms each with a bathroom equipped with shower chromo therapy and outside garden area with views of Chiusi. On the first floor with access to a lodge a living room, a kitchenette (dishwasher, oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer), two double bedrooms each with bathroom with shower, two double or twin bedrooms each with a bathroom with shower.
The barn: two double bedrooms, a twin/double room each with en-suite bathroom with shower suitable for disabled people with private entrance with porch and view of the pool. Please note that there is neither kitchen nor living room.
