CASA NOVA - OSTUNI AREA
Casa Nova is a pretty, typical Apulian house located in Ostuni, located amongst centuries-old olive trees, just 3 km from the sandy shoreline of the Adriatic. The outside area offers a beautiful swimming pool (12x5m; 1.2m - 1.4m deep) with sun terrace and barbecue, pizza oven and equipped veranda.
The main entrance leads to the bright central room of the house: a comfortable living / dining room with kitchenette, sitting area with TV and a mezzanine with double sofa bed. There is also a double bedroom and a bathroom / shower. Each room is air-conditioned, there is a sound system and Wi-Fi. The house is ideal for a couple but can accommodate up to 4 people.
The main feature of Casa Nova is the location! It is located just 3 km from the sandy beaches of Ostuni (Rosa Marina, White Beach Club of Monticelli and Camerini’s Bay) and 4 km from Villanova, where there are supermarkets, shops and restaurants. The most famous resort, Ostuni, with its fabulous ancient village, is 9 kilometres away. The position allows a fast drive northward towards Monopoli, Polignano a Mare, Alberobello or south to Torre Guaceto, Brindisi, Lecce.
