All bathrooms have geysers, hair dryer, towels, and basic toiletries. LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA There is a beautiful living room on the ground floor with white walls and exquisite upholstery. Includes an AC, TV, WI-Fi, sound system and plush sofa-style seating for all. Comes with a dining area. KITCHEN Guests may use the kitchen to reheat their meals. It is equipped with all cooking essentials, crockery, and cutlery. Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. However, non-veg cooking is not allowed. LAWN There is a sprawling 500 sq. yard lawn that seamlessly merges with the greenery around it. It can seat up to 50 people at any given time. There is an open garden with a gazebo, sit-out space and loungers, perfect for enjoying a morning walk or evening tea. POOL There is a private outdoor pool. There is also poolside seating for 9 people and lounge chairs. The pool has a depth of 4.5ft. Pool timings are 8 AM to 10 PM. ADD-ON SERVICES - Guests can choose to eat out or order in from nearby restaurants. - A barbecue kit/grill is available at an extra cost. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Bonfire can be arranged at an extra cost of Rs. 800 per session. - A boating experience by the lake can be had at the actual prices listed. - *Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. However, non-veg cooking is not allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property and is available from 10 AM to 8 PM. - This is a standalone property. - Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. - We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. - Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked.
