Experience all that Valley Junction and the surrounding area has to offer with this uniquely modern loft just steps away from local shops, restaurants and entertainment.
This loft space has been delicately renovated to retain historic elements while including modern amenities. The rooms are appointed with vintage and retro furnishings that create a unique yet comfortable environment.
Access to the loft space is thru a door on Main Street where a
SmartLock code is to be used. This door leads to an STEEP access stairway where the loft entry door can be used. Parking areas behind the building can be utilized for overnight parking. It is recommended to NOT park on Main Street overnight to avoid towing.
Interaction may be made thru the Property Manager messenger platform, or direct text messaging can be utilized after booking.
Historic Valley Junction is the gathering place that is the heart and soul of West Des Moines. A delightful mix of old and new, bridging generations with unique shops, vibrant events and a walkable hometown feel.
Enjoy a Valley Junction shop, restaurant or entertainment venue or reach beyond the immediate neighborhood to find a beautiful park and trails system, local breweries and foundries, governors mansion, art center and other unique sights and sounds. Valley Junction is also located a short 10 minute drive to Downtown Des Moines.
Visitors may choose to walk, bike, or drive around Valley Junction or the Greater Des Moines area. The immediate neighborhood is very walkable, ties directly to a wide network of trails, and is a simple, quick drive to Downtown Des Moines and other local attractions.
On-street parking is available in Valley Junction on Main Street as well as many public parking lots around the area. Overnight parking is not available on Main Street and should be made on side streets or designated public parking lots.
Access to the loft is via stair only. This building does not contain an elevator or lift and may not be suitable for individuals with mobility concerns.
