The dining room, adorned with a magnificent historic fresco, is connected to a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, stovetop, refrigerator, freezer, and Nespresso coffee machine.
The two bedrooms ensure maximum comfort: one with a double bed (190x160 cm) and the other with a French bed (190x120 cm).
The apartment includes two full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub/shower combination. A practical laundry area with a washing machine completes the amenities.
The entire apartment is equipped with air conditioning and autonomous gas heating, ensuring maximum comfort in every season.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Standard check-in: 15:00-21:00 (3:00 pm to 9:00 pm). Check-in after 21:00 (9:00 pm) can be arranged for an additional cost of €50
- Check-out by 11 am
- Upon request, we are flexible with check-in and check-out times, depending on the apartment's availability and cleaning requirements.
- Check-in is self-service. To receive the access details, guests must complete the online form with all the required mandatory information. If the Italian Government introduces regulations prohibiting self-service check-ins, we will provide in-person check-in from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A late fee of €50 will apply for check-ins after 9:00 PM.
- An extra fee for check-in in person of € 35 will be charged for check-ins on the following dates: December 25, January 1, Easter Sunday and August 15th.
- Check-in is by self-check-in. It is MANDATORY for the guest to fill out the online form I will send when booking the property, providing their ID information as required by Italian law. Additionally, the rental contracts are included within the form, and signing them is mandatory. The form must be completed within 48 hours of the guest's arrival in Rome. Filling out the form takes about 5 minutes.
- In this apartment, the following are not allowed:
- - hosting parties
- - smoking
- - bringing pets
- - making noise during quiet hours (from 10:30 pm to 9:00 am)
- For children up to 3 years old, a travel cot is available upon request, at a cost of € 50 per stay.
