Laurel House Barn is an impressive three bedroom holiday home located in the village of Weybread in the heart of the Suffolk countryside. This superb barn conversion has been beautifully designed and renovated, creating a fantastic space for a maximum of 6 guests to enjoy a short break or holiday with friends and family.
This fantastic barn opens up into a large open-plan living and dining room with a charming red-brick fireplace with a wood burner, three large sofas and a feasting table with chairs for 14 people, perfect for a large family gathering if you’ve booked Laurel House too.
In the corner of the living room, next to the fireplace and down a few stairs is a cinema room with six super comfortable, velvet yellow chairs and a large TV screen and surround sound.
Bifold doors lead out to the front garden with raised beds and a beautiful greenhouse to one side whilst to the rear of the property there are bifold doors onto a fantastic courtyard with an outdoor kitchen and furniture. The barn also benefits from a small gym with a bicycle trainer, dumbbells and a bench.
Down from the main living area is a fabulously decorated kitchen with butchers block in the centre, a double oven, induction hob, large butlers sink, double door fridge and pull out freezer drawer with ample storage cupboards. Further on from the kitchen is a wood-panelled WC with a wash basin.
All three bedrooms are furnished to a high standard and located at one end of the barn. The first bedroom is made up with a king-size bed, bedside tables, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, a sofa, two armchairs and French doors out to the kitchen garden. This bedroom is served by a beautiful en-suite with a roll-top bath, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC.
Similarly, the second bedroom has a king-size bed, bedside tables, a chest of drawers, a window seat with views onto the kitchen garden, built-in wardrobes and an en-suite with a walk-in shower, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC.
The third bedroom has a king-size bed, built-in wardrobes, two chest of drawers, a window seat with views onto the kitchen garden and access out to the courtyard. En-suite wet room with shower, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC.
