A breakfast bar with 3 stools borders the kitchen counter, so be sure to make some cookies and leave them here for everyone to enjoy. The dining area, with a table and 6 chairs, adjoins the colorful living room, which claims shades of browns and blues. A snug, 4- piece seating group can be found here along with a flat screen TV and two sliders that open to onto the deck. The deck offers a swing, a two chairs, a table and a grill and a lovely landscape view. This unit is an end unit, closest to the pool! For added convenience there is a powder room also located on the first floor. Greens 161 sleeps 6 guests in 2 bedrooms. Both bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor along with the washer and dryer alcove. The guest bedroom features two twin-size beds, its own closet and a hall bath, just outside the bedroom. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex. Please indicate how many car passes you will need. Car passes are $35 plus tax for the stay. 2 Car Passes Max. A non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet plus tax is required if you are bringing a pet. Max is 2 dogs; 75 pounds per dog.
