51 Forest Drive is a luxury home that has been completely renovated and newly furnished with ample amenities inside and out! The main level of the home features a comfortable and well-appointed living area with plush furniture and a Smart TV. There is also a powder room for added convenience. Through the living area, you’ll find the gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances and custom cabinetry. The kitchen is complete with every big and small appliance you could desire, including a Keurig Duo, air fryer, Ninja blender and so much more! The dining area is just beyond the kitchen and features seating for eight with additional seating for 3 at the kitchen bar. Off the kitchen, you’ll find the entrance to the screened in porch. This fully enclosed outdoor space has cozy furniture, a ceiling fan and a Smart TV. The fenced in pool area can be accessed from steps leading from the screened in porch. There is also an outdoor shower for added convenience. Back inside the main level, you’ll find a laundry area and three of the four bedrooms. The spacious main bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV, large walk-in closet and a private bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower. This room also has a loft area with a day bed + trundle and a dedicated work space. The first guest bedroom has a king bed with a Smart TV, while the second guest room has a full size bed and a Smart TV. These rooms share access to a jack and jill bathroom with a walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom is up a small flight of stairs and features two queen size beds, a Smart TV and a dedicated work space. The bathroom for this bedroom is up another small flight of stairs and has a tub/shower combination. The home is equipped with all the kid-friendly amenities you could need, including kid-friendly kitchenware, a pack n’ play and a baby bath. Guests are welcome to use the community amenities, conveniently located across the street from the home. Amenities include a playground, basketball court, tennis court and community pool! plus, the beach, Harbour Town, and the Shops at Sea Pines Center are all easily accessible by one of the many community bike paths and the seasonal free trolley service making getting around a breeze. Please specify # of security gate passes needed at time of reservation; 1 pass per car $17/week. *Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly only.
