At walking distance to the wonderful Piazza Navona, where the four rivers designed by Gian Lorenzo Bernini flow, you will enjoy a prestigious apartment on the third floor of a historic building with a lift. The apartment features three double bedrooms, all with ensuite bathroom, with shower, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen, for cooking and preparing lunches and dinners for all the guests in the house. The ceilings are hand painted and give extreme refinement to the entire environment. The king size beds, and the large spaces available, will make your stay very comfortable.
The lovely Campo de’ Fiori, with its daily food market, Via Giulia, Via dei Giubbonari, and also Pantheon, Via dei Coronari, and Via del Corso are at walking distance.
For stays longer than 5 nights a mid-stay cleaning service will be provided.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Smoking not allowed. Pets not allowed.
- Parties not allowed. Arrivals after 20:00 require an extra payment of EUR 30, while after 00:00 the cost will be EUR 60.
- City tax is not included in the reservation and it will be due upon arrival. The amount is of 6,00 € per person per day.
