Prestigious apartment located on the fourth floor with lift in a noble building in the heart of Rome, a few steps from the Barberini fountain and the metro station.
The apartment is very large and has four double bedrooms, plus one bedroom with two single beds, three bathrooms, one of which with a Jacuzzi tub, a dining room with a table for ten people, a large living room with sofas and a TV , a study with a comfortable desk and a sofa and an equipped kitchen.
For stays longer than 5 nights a mid-stay cleaning service will be provided.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Smoking not allowed. Pets not allowed. Parties not allowed. Arrivals after 20:00 require an extra payment of EUR 30, while after 00:00 the cost will be EUR 60.
- City tax is not included in the reservation and it will be due upon arrival. The amount is of 6,00 € per person per day.
