Welcome to this lovely 4 bedroom, 3 bath beach cottage on Ocean Creek Golf Course. This recently updated and decorated home with new owners will provide you and your family with spectacular views of the golf course, quietness of Wahoo Drive, and easy access to the beach or marina. Features include an outdoor shower for easy beach clean-up, a well-stocked kitchen, scenic screened in porch overlooking 16th fairway, master bedroom with a new mattress on King bed and en suite bath, 2 Queen bedrooms, both with en suite baths, and bunk beds upstairs for the kids! This cottage also has an X-Box for your enjoyment.
A 4 seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
