Home details
Entering this spacious and bright apartment means taking a step inside the history of Rome. In this completely renovated space, two female designers have breathed new life into all the family environment, tying all details together with elegant density. You will immediately feel drawn in by the refined aesthetics that combine modernity and tradition. The original French doors open onto two large terraces, one suitable for more intimate moments, and the other perfect for large dinners with friends or family. The kitchen is fully equipped, from oven and microwave to dishwasher and refrigerator. The two bedrooms are large and full of light, with large windows that open to beautiful views of the surrounding city. Both bedrooms have adjacent bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a large, walk-in shower. On the upper floor, accessed by an original wrought-iron spiral staircase, the turret houses a space used as a study and relaxation area, with 360-degree views: on one side stands the Cupolone and on the other the Monte Mario Observatory. The apartment was the home of a Roman painter, of whom there are still many scattered relics, including some paintings and his many brushes, precious objects in a city that changes but never leaves its history behind.
Amazing Penthouse Prati is located at the interesting Prati neighborhood, a short walk from the large Trionfale local market, where you can find fresh fruits and greens, and even eat on the premises. The apartment is easily accessible by public transportation; the nearest metro stop is Cipro, just a 5-minute walk away. The Vatican is about a 20-minute walk away.
The apartment is on the fourth floor of a building with an elevator. Please note that there are about 20 steps to climb to reach the apartment.
In addition to this, we are happy to organize any type of extra service upon request, such as a basket made up of typical products to accompany your aperitif, a birthday cake, a sweet or continental breakfast which will be delivered directly to your apartment.
