- Due to leaning and downed trees from Hurricane Helene, please do not go into the wooded area on the property for your safety
- Your safety matters. This property features 5 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is a Ring doorbell device with an exterior security camera facing the front outdoor entry, camera 2 is in the yard facing the pond, camera 3 is on the workshop facing the workshop entrance, camera 4 is located across the pond facing the pond/pier, and camera 5 is located across the driveway and has a view of the driveway and parking area. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. Camera 1 records video and sound when activated by motion, and camera 2 and camera 3 actively record video and sound when guests are in residence
