Pawna lake is famous for the camping experience. By The Foothills is opposite picturesque Pawna lake, covering the property on mountain surround view Pawna is a picturesque lake location that is just a few kilometres from the lovely hill-station of Lonavala but is completely different in terms of topography. The lake stretches a few kilometres and provides some glorious out of the world views of both sunrise and sunset.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,SuitableForEvents,- Standard Check-in time - 2.00 PM IST and Check-out time - 11.00 AM IST.
- - All Adults to carry & show valid ID proof during the Check-in process.
- - A damage deposit of INR 5000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
- - The Property space will be very clean on your arrival, and we ask that you leave it neat and free of rubbish on your departure; for if a deep cleaning service is required, then an extra fee will be charged.
- - We are present in nature-centric locations far from cities, where some properties have direct roads and others have a bit rough patches/country roads here and there. Kindly check with the property which vehicle is suitable to drive down by.
- - Please note that due to the remote locations, the network & internet connectivity is sporadic, especially during monsoons. Kindly check with the property if your network is supported.
- - Please help us save water and switch off electrical appliances when leaving the premises.
- - We have inverter placed at all properties, in case of power failure, due to weather/remote location. Kindly check with the property host on instructions for the same.
- - Illegal activities are prohibited in premises by the law.
- - To maintain a fresh and healthy environment, Smoking is strictly restricted to outdoor areas like balcony, lawn etc for safety of self and others.
- - Sheesha/hookah not allowed
- - Swimming Pool is accessible right from check-in up to 6.00 AM on the day of check-out.
- - No smoking/drinking/consumption of food near the swimming pool. (in case of spillage of beverages/food in the pool, the cost of water replacement will have to be paid for by the guest)
- - During stay any upholstery/bedsheet is damaged or contaminated then the cost of replacement of the same will have to be paid prior to check out.
- - Quiet Hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. All noise levels must be considerate.
- Please treat the house as your own and take care of everything as it is the labor of our love.
