Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - Regarding check-in times, we offer a meet and greet service until 20h. Check ins after 20h00 attract a supplement according to the table below: ⦁For arrival at the property between 20h00 and 23h00 - €40.00 ⦁For arrival at the property after 23h00 - €50.00 Check ins on the 25th December and 1st January attract a supplement of €50 for check ins.
- Tourist Tax:
- Local municipalities have introduced a Tourist Tax, requiring hosts to collect from tourists staying in accommodations such as hotels, B&Bs, or vacation rentals. This tax contributes to the maintenance of local facilities and applies to tourists regardless of nationality.
